For conducting simulations on radical pair reactions and spin-dynamics, there are three open source codebases available:
- RadicalPy (co-developed and maintained by Emil Vatai and Lewis Antill, former PhD student of the Woodward Group).
- Molspin (developed and maintained by the Quantum Biology and Computational Physics Group .
- Spinach (developed and maintained by the Theoretical and Computational Spin Dynamics Group)
